Lucas Lawrence

Lucas Lawrence is an accomplished professional with expertise in operational excellence and logistics strategic planning. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence and Planning Lead at PRISM+, Lucas has previously held significant roles at Shopee, including Senior Associate in Logistics Strategic and Planning for Shopee Xpress and various positions within the Management Associate Program focusing on business banking, product management, and operations. Lucas gained foundational experience as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Nanyang Technological University, where a Bachelor of Science with Highest Distinction in Mathematical Sciences was achieved. Prior education includes a High School Diploma in Natural Sciences from SMAK Yos Sudarso Batam.
