Mark Lingerman

Mark Lingerman, CSM®, currently serves as the Director of Product/Delivery at Prison Fellowship, where leadership of a team of product managers focuses on a diverse portfolio of software and enterprise SaaS products. Previously, Lingerman held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Cool Life CRM, contributing to significant revenue growth and the development of a comprehensive CRM platform. As Chief Executive Officer of MLA Agency, management of a HIPAA-compliant digital marketing SaaS platform was a key responsibility. Lingerman's extensive experience includes notable roles such as Director of International Missions and CFO at Global Baseball, Director of Development at Chosen People Ministries, and various leadership positions in church settings, showcasing a strong background in operations, marketing, and strategic planning. Lingerman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Alliance University.
