Luan Sena

Luan Sena is an experienced technology manager currently serving at Privacy since February 2025. Previously, Luan held various leadership roles at Stone from January 2017 to January 2025, including Software Engineering Manager for both Credit and Acquiring divisions, as well as Tech Lead for the Prepayment squad. Luan's responsibilities encompassed managing multiple squads, developing software architecture vision, and fostering team culture and efficiency. Luan's career also includes roles as Project Lead Developer at Amare Cuidado Domiciliar and Delphi Developer at EMSoft Sistemas Ltda, alongside early experience as an IT technician at Altese Reposição Automotiva. Luan holds a degree in Software Analysis and Development from Universidade Unigranrio and has additional training in business-oriented English from Wise Up.
