Алла Падалко has over a decade of experience in the banking sector, beginning with a role as Deputy of Operations Director at UniCredit Bank Ukraine from 2006 to 2013. They then served as Project Manager of Global Banking Services at ПАТ "Укрсоцбанк" from 2015 to 2017. Currently, Алла holds the position of замeститeль руководитeля направлeния опeрационного администрирования по контролю и управлeнию рискам at АТ КБ Приватбанк, while also leading the Foreign Currency Management Department at PrivatBank since 2024.
