The Private Coaching Collective (PCC) is the driving force behind a dynamic network of organizations, all committed to providing youth with unparalleled opportunities to grow through sport and fitness. PCC unites a diverse group of brands, programs, and experts, each contributing unique experiences, initiatives, and resources designed to nurture both athletic potential and personal development.

At PCC, we believe that sport has the power to transform lives. By fostering confidence, resilience, and teamwork, our programs empower the next generation to excel not only in sports but in all areas of life. Our mission is to create inclusive, high-quality programming that inspires young athletes, helps them develop essential life skills, and instills a lifelong love of physical activity.

Our collective approach ensures that every program under PCC thrives on shared expertise, resources, and a unified commitment to excellence. Sport Explorers delivers engaging school-based programming, including before- and after-school activities and Physical Education support, ensuring kids have enriching opportunities to stay active and develop skills. Athlete Prep focuses on athlete development for all levels, offering dynamic programming and resources to help young athletes grow, improve, and succeed. Meanwhile, SportsWeek specializes in providing unforgettable seasonal camps—Spring, Summer, Winter, and Pro-D Day—that keep kids active, learning, and having fun year-round.

PCC collaborates with schools, communities, and organizations to expand access to our programs and promote positive, lasting change. Through partnerships, innovative training methods, and a focus on fun and inclusivity, we are setting a new standard for youth development in the sport and fitness industry.

Together, we’re building a future where every child has the opportunity to thrive.
