Marion E. Stone

Marion E. Stone, Ph.D., is a seasoned psychologist with a diverse background in clinical practice and academic leadership. Currently engaged in a private practice and previously serving at the Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center, Marion also has significant experience at Responsive Centers for Psychology and Learning. From 2005 to 2016, Marion acted as Director of Academic Services at UMKC, overseeing a large team and a substantial budget while developing innovative academic support programs. Additional experience includes a role as CME Senior Learning Strategist for the American Academy of Family Physicians, focusing on continuing medical education for family physicians. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling Psychology, all obtained from the University of Kansas.
