Private service is like no other industry. Those who serve the HNW and UHNW in their homes and estates face unique circumstances every day. Private Service Coaching provides direct, one-on-one coaching and resources to help you navigate these challenges and build better relationships with your principals while supporting you at every turn.

Founders Stefanie Hudgins and Annie Duguid are proven industry experts, possessing over 50 years of combined experience in serving the top 1% wealthiest households in the world. Offering in-depth insight into both the technical skills and the interpersonal communication required to thrive in this hidden industry, our coaching programs empower our clients to build a career that fits their personal and professional goals.

We offer small coaching cohorts throughout the year. We carefully screen our potential group members, ensuring that everyone can feel free to address their specific situations in a confidential setting. Our topics range from job searching to improving efficiency when managing $MM private estates. As sought-after speakers, Stefanie and Annie deliver in-depth guidance essential to Newborn Care Specialists (NCS), nannies, and other luxury lifestyle managers.
