Mike S.

Mike S. is a seasoned DevOps and Kubernetes engineer with extensive experience in automation and infrastructure management. They most recently served as the SRE Lead and Systems Engineer at The Open Group, where they modernized on-prem infrastructure and enhanced DevOps processes through the implementation of Infrastructure as Code and GitOps practices. Previously, Mike worked at Zywave, significantly improving server provisioning processes and implementing security measures. Their career began with an internship at the Federal Trade Commission, followed by roles at the USDA and as a developer for Smiggiddy, LLC, where they honed their skills in cloud infrastructure and automation. Mike is currently a DevSecOps Engineer at Privateer.
