Ellen Peeters

Ellen Peeters has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ellen started their career as a PhD Research Fellow at the Research Foundation Flanders - FWO from 2012 to 2015. Ellen then worked as a Junior Associate at McKinsey & Company for six months in 2016, where they contributed to strategic projects in the financial sector.

After that, they joined Colruyt Group as a Functional Analyst from 2016 to 2018, where they took on the role of Functional Asset Owner for internal and external employee portals. Ellen was involved in various portal projects, including analyzing security roles and digitizing internal magazines.

In 2018, Ellen joined Cegeka as a Functioneel analist bij Professional Services, where they worked until 2020. Following that, they worked at VDAB as a DWH analist from 2018 to 2021. During their time at VDAB, they gathered requirements for reporting, collected and delivered data using SQL and SAS EG, and suggested improvements to data flows and structures. Ellen also played a role in coordinating development, creating system documentation, and guiding the testing and acceptance process.

In 2020, Ellen joined Privatum as a Business analist, where they are currently working. Lastly, they recently joined Nike as a Functional Analyst in 2021, where they have been responsible for analyzing and improving business functions.
