Egan Chen

Egan Chen has a diverse work experience in the technology and financial industries. Egan is currently working as a Product Owner/Product Manager at Privé Technologies, where they provide comprehensive solutions for banks, financial advisors, asset managers, and insurance companies.

Prior to this, Egan worked at IBM as a Managing Consultant (Engagement Manager), where they developed strategic and innovative solutions to expand the market and served as a trust advisor to consult C-level and business decision-makers. Egan also collaborated with practice leaders and experts to develop Statements of Work (SOWs) that balanced strategic thinking with pragmatic execution.

Before their role at IBM, Egan worked at Deloitte for several years in various positions. As a Manager in Digital Transformation & Innovation, they led a team of consultants, developers, and designers to build in-house capabilities and generate double-digit annual revenue growth. Egan also managed opportunity pipelines and strategic partnerships to conduct market research, build proposals, and design solutions tailored to specific target audiences. Egan has experience in executing projects in areas such as business innovation, digital banking strategy, and cyber risk strategy.

Additionally, at Deloitte, Egan served as an Assistant Manager in Technology Strategy & Data Analytics, where they led complex solution implementations and built the IT infrastructure of a Data Analytics Center. As a Senior Consultant in Cyber Risk Strategy, they assisted clients in identifying security and management issues and managed full project life cycle efforts.

Egan Chen holds a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from National Chengchi University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from National Central University.
