John Careaga

John Careaga has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 as an EK307 Electric Circuit Theory Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Boston University. In this role, they assisted students in lab sessions, held discussion sessions, and graded homework assignments. In 2015, John joined Privy as a Software Engineer I. John quickly progressed within the company, working as a Software Engineer II and then as a Senior Software Engineer. Currently, they serve as the Principal Engineering Lead at Privy, a position they have held since March 2021.

John Careaga earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering from Boston University, completing their education between 2011 and 2015.
