Rita Ramos

Rita Ramos, MS, is a seasoned professional in program evaluation and compensation analysis with robust experience in both the consulting and educational sectors. Currently serving as a Compensation Associate at PRM Consulting Group, Inc. since January 2019, Rita has held various positions including Compensation Analyst and Administrative Analyst. Previously, Rita worked as an Operations Coordinator for Friends of Puerto Rico and as an External Program Evaluator for the Summer Youth Employment program at Northeast Area Development. Rita also conducted evaluations of the First-Year Fellow program while working as an Assistant in the Office of Budgets and Planning at the University of Rochester. Additionally, Rita has experience in administrative support as the Lead Interpreter Services Secretary at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Rita holds a Master of Science in Human Development with a certificate in Program Evaluation from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
