Dotty Conover

Dotty Conover has held a variety of Human Resources roles throughout their career. Dotty began their career in 1992 at U-Care and Unity as a Human Resources professional. In 2000, they moved to Soderholm Foods as a Human Resource Manager. Dotty then moved to The Vollrath Company in 2015 as a Plant Human Resources Manager. In 2017, they moved to Lyco Manufacturing, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager. In 2019, they moved to Mega Rentals, Inc. as an HR Generalist and is currently employed at Pro-Active Engineering as a Human Resources Manager since 2021.

Dotty Conover attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1982 to 1984. In 2001, they obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2015, they obtained their Society for Human Resources Management - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resources Management in February. Dotty also obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Society for Human Resources Management in June of 2001.
