Oliver Hoffmann is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in brand development, web development, and cross-channel marketing. Oliver has worked with various industries such as automotive, healthcare, business-to-business, and non-profit organizations. Oliver has served as the Owner/Designer/Developer at Thinkfeelrespond since 2015, where they provide strategy and creative development directly to clients and in partnership with other organizations. Some of their notable clients include Porsche North America, Holbrook Automotive, and the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community.
Additionally, Oliver has held the role of Designer/Developer at Pro-Active Performance since 2016, contributing to the design and development efforts of the company. Prior to this, they were a Limited Term Lecturer at IPFW in 2011 and a Creative Director at LaBov from 2010 to 2011. In these positions, Oliver demonstrated their ability to combine writing and design departments into a cohesive creative team, securing key business opportunities with Chrysler and implementing standardized creative briefs for project success.

Prior to that, Oliver was a Senior Designer at Creative Solutions Group from 1998 to 2000, focusing on exhibit design and large-scale projects.
Oliver's career started at Addison Group, Inc. in 1994, where they served as a Creative Director and worked with clients such as Audi, Volkswagen, and Mercedes-Benz. Before this, they were a Design Director at Campbell Mithun Inc from 1992 to 1994.
Oliver Hoffmann attended Grosse Pointe North High School from 1977 to 1981, where they earned their high school diploma with a focus on Math and Science. Following this, they enrolled at the College for Creative Studies, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from 1981 to 1985.
