Thomas Yang

Thomas Yang serves as the Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at Bank of America, where they have been stationed since 2005. With a robust background in capital markets law, Thomas co-heads a global team of attorneys and has held significant leadership roles, including Chair of the Primary Markets Committee at SIFMA and Chair of the Corporate Financing Committee at FINRA. Thomas has also been involved in academia as a guest lecturer at Yale and Cornell Law Schools and currently serves on the Board of Pro Bono Net. They hold a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and have contributed extensively to regulatory discussions in the securities industry.
