Max Mitchell is currently the Head of Academy at Pro Direct Academy Essex and has extensive experience in the football industry. They grew up with an Academy upbringing at Arsenal FC, Chelsea FC, and Barnet FC, and played semi-professionally for over a decade at various non-league clubs. Max has held managerial roles, achieving high win ratios and developing successful youth programs, while also contributing as a Regional Scout for Stevenage Football Club. They have a proven record of delivering results and fostering player development through innovative coaching methods and effective communication skills.
