Chief Problem Solver - Senior Director of Customer Experience at Pro-ficiency

Daniel Kahn has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Daniel began their career at TD as a Banking Specialist, assisting customers with their banking needs. Daniel later became a Team Lead, taking on additional responsibilities in managing the team.

After their time at TD, Daniel worked at Carousel Industries as an Inside Sales representative. Daniel focused on providing customers with the latest technologies and had experience working with multiple technology brands.

Daniel then joined Global Knowledge Training as a Training Representative, where they served as a Training Advisor and later transitioned into an Account Manager role. In these positions, they worked closely with clients, providing training services and managing customer accounts.

In 2016, Daniel joined Pro-ficiency and assumed various leadership roles. Daniel started as a Simulation Engineer, responsible for designing and creating studies and training modules. Daniel then became the Director of Simulation Engineering and Customer Support, overseeing these areas and handling escalated customer issues.

In their most recent roles at Pro-ficiency, Daniel held the positions of Chief Problem Solver - Director of Product Support and Chief Problem Solver - Senior Director of Customer Experience. In these roles, they managed teams, worked on product improvements, developed strategies to enhance client experience and retention, and collaborated with executives on new projects.

Throughout their career, Daniel has demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, team management, customer support, and product knowledge.

Daniel Kahn completed their high school education at Merrimack High School from 2000 to 2004. Daniel then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at American International College from 2004 to 2009, specializing in the field of Business.
