Richard Goode

Richard Goode has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. In 2016, they worked as a Recruiter/Placement Specialist at Delaware County Community College, where they built relationships with employers, developed job opportunities, and created innovative recruiting techniques. From 2020 to 2023, they worked at ADP as an Account Manager, consulting with accounting firms, advising on payroll practices, and educating about tax laws and services. In 2020, they also joined Construction Ready as a Recruiter and DEI Committee Lead. In 2023, they joined ProMach and ID Technology as a Talent Acquisition Lead, focusing on diversity.

Richard Goode obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Richard has also obtained various certifications in power communication, diversity recruiting, interviewing job candidates for recruiters, learning LinkedIn recruiter, talent sourcing, technical recruiting, and diversity & inclusion.
