Rafael Ramos has extensive experience in risk management and insurance, currently serving as the Global Audit, Compliance, Risk & Insurance Manager and Global Enterprise Risk Manager at Pro Mujer since November 2021. Prior to this role, Rafael held several positions within Mondelēz International from 2012 to November 2021, including Regional Risk & Insurance Manager for LATAM, where responsibilities included reviewing business processes to identify and mitigate potential risks across various areas. Rafael's earlier career included roles at Honeywell from 2007 to 2012, where Rafael focused on risk management and insurance coordination. Rafael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, completed in 2008, and a diploma in finance from the same institution in 2009.
