We live in a world where interactions grow evermore complex, disruption is happening every day and uncertainty is soaring high. Companies need to be in constant transformation as to keep delivering value to customers while engaging their workers and cooperating with their partners. Establishing strategies in the VUCA world is tough to begin with; on top of that, unfolding them into programs and projects which attain their strategic objectives and deliver the necessary change is even more difficult. Numbers from the PM Network (PMI’s monthly magazine) as of June 2018tell us that organizational change projects are the fourth most common type of project in the world. However, only 12% of those projects reach all their strategic objectives.
PRO MUTARE’s purpose is to support companies in overcoming the challenges of achieving the desired outcomes from their change projects. In order to fulfill that purpose, we offer our project experience of over 25 years in several business areas , such as Oil & Gas, Agribusiness, Telecom, and Events. At the client’s disposal there will be the experience of over a decade of living abroad (Venezuela, México, and Colombia), leading multinational teams scattered through the Americas and Europe, and collaborating with partners and suppliers from dozens of countries. All that has built the flexibility and adaptability required to provide a reliable service which ultimately helps our clients’ projects succeed.
Our solutions are designed to suit the specific needs of each project, including PMO implementation, PMO as a service, management of the human factor in change projects, project and change management training, as well as facilitation workshops. Our attentive care with the people we work with is what sets us apart. We know it is only through motivation and engagement that teams are suited with the capacity to cope with the challenges of our complex society.
