Leandro Batagiotti

Leandro Batagiotti has over 10 years of diverse finance and operations experience, having held various roles from FP&A Coordinator to Commercial Planning Manager in retail, and later as a Private Equity Associate. Currently, Leandro serves as Finance and Operations Director at a shoe manufacturer, where they oversee strategic financial management and operational excellence. Previous positions include CFO at Pro Solutti and Commercial Finance Manager at Favo, where Leandro focused on working capital management and strategic planning. Leandro earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and participated in an exchange program at the University of California, Berkeley.
