Charles Phipps

Charles Phipps is a skilled civil engineer with extensive experience in providing technical support for various projects. Currently at PRO-telligent, LLC since January 2014, Charles offers field technical support for the construction of a New Embassy Compound in Cotonou, Benin. Previously, Charles worked at IAP World Services from May 2011 to November 2013, delivering engineering services to deployed forces. Prior to that, from October 2006 to March 2011, Charles served as a Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where expertise was provided in managing a team of Egyptian engineers to support the Egyptian Navy under a US Navy contract. Charles holds an MBA in Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University (2003-2006) and a BSCE in Civil Engineering from the University of Idaho (1989-1991).
