John Dickson, MBA

John Dickson, MBA, is an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies and team coaching. Currently at Pro4ia since July 2021, John guides three teams in Scrum practices while fostering an understanding of Agile principles and facilitating all associated ceremonies. Prior to Pro4ia, John held Scrum Master positions at Amazon, Capital One, and Globacom, where responsibilities included daily standups, removing project impediments, and coaching teams to enhance performance and product quality. Earlier in John’s career, an Assistant Project Manager role at Olafeosen Project Management involved marketing and sales of travel products. John holds an MBA in Marketing from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and is currently pursuing a certification in Computer Technology at New York Business Institute.
