Amy Hall

Amy Hall is currently a Partner Manager at Proactis, responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with business partners while overseeing strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Proactis in 2024, they were a Team Lead at Austin Fraser, where they led sales and account management efforts. Amy began their career in recruitment at Austin Fraser, progressing from an Associate Recruitment Consultant to a Senior Recruitment Consultant, where they supported client growth and mentored a specialized team. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with 1st Class Honors from the University of Portsmouth, completed in 2019.
