Paul White

Paul White currently serves as the Head of Development & Operations at Proactis since May 2025. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Software Development Manager at IDGateway® Limited from September 2022 to May 2025, where responsibilities included defining the technical vision for secure SaaS platforms in the aviation industry and leading cloud transformation initiatives. From December 2014 to September 2022, Paul worked as the Head of Technical Services at TMA DATA MANAGEMENT LIMITED, overseeing cross-functional teams and delivering cloud-native solutions in the energy sector, which resulted in significant operational efficiency improvements. Earlier in their career, Paul was a Service Delivery Manager at Capita Software Services from May 2007 to December 2014, managing technical teams to enhance enterprise document management systems for clients in the financial and insurance sectors.
