Rachel True has a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, having worked in various leadership roles at ProActivate and SelectQuote Insurance Services. Rachel has a background in psychology and human development from The University of Kansas. At ProActivate, Rachel currently serves as President, and has previously held positions such as Director of Talent Acquisition, Client Implementation Leader, Director of Operations, and Business Manager. Prior to ProActivate, Rachel was the Director of Associate Development at PC International. Rachel is dedicated to optimizing client satisfaction and refining operational processes within organizations.
