Previously, they held senior roles at XL Catlin, serving as Vice President of Construction Claims and leading claims operations for the Construction vertical at AXA XL. With a history of collaboration and strategic leadership at ACE USA and OneBeacon Insurance, Karen has developed strong partnerships across the industry to optimize claim outcomes. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree from UC Santa Barbara, further enhancing their expertise in the field.
