Our role at Proactive is to assist our clients to attain the best possible outcome from their general insurance program. 

We achieve this by working collaboratively with our clients to first understand their operations and identify their risks. Then, we ensure that these exposures are comprehensively covered off, before the risk is transferred to a suitable insurer for that exposure.

This includes detailed reporting and education, which allows the client to make informed decisions about how much risk they can afford to carry to their bottom line. It also ensures that they can transfer any risk or liabilities to insurers utilising customised insurance solutions, tailored to meet their particular requirements.
