Proactive Marketing is a performance-obsessed team headquartered in San Diego, built exclusively to serve clinic owners, chiropractors, physical therapists, and health & wellness practitioners who want more patients, more revenue, and more control over their practice growth.

Founded by Andres Arraiz, Proactive Marketing has helped over 1000+ private practices across the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada generate hundreds of thousands of patient appointments and tens of millions of dollars in care plans through custom-built marketing systems and innovative AI technologies.

We are not your typical digital marketing company, and here's what sets us apart:

We don't do generic marketing. We engineer complete patient acquisition systems that are built from scratch for your specific practice, combining engaging advertising, high-ticket affluent targeting, educational videos, and AI workflows designed specifically for the way health and private clinics grow in today’s market.

Every clinic we work with is unique, so they each get a custom-built system engineered around one goal: a predictable, scalable flow of qualified patients walking through their doors, without the stress.

Our mission is to empower health and wellness entrepreneurs so they can use their expertise to make the world healthier.
