Melissa Silvey, MPAS, PA-C, currently serves as a Physician Assistant Certified at Proactive MD since April 2024. Previously, Melissa worked as a Physician Assistant at AFC Urgent Care from February 2021 to June 2023. Melissa also held the position of Director of Clinical Operations at Presbyterian College from March 2020 to June 2021 and served as an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System from December 2018 to December 2020. Melissa earned a Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies from Gardner-Webb University between 2016 and 2018 and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Detroit Mercy from 2011 to 2015.
