ProActive Physical Therapy is a locally owned physical therapy company established in 2002. We treat general orthopaedic conditions, sports injuries, and patients recovering from surgery. We have convenient locations in Tumwater, Lacey, West Olympia, and Bellevue. We accept most insurances including Worker’s Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accidents, and Medicare.

At ProActive Physical Therapy, we schedule new patients within 48 hours, or even sooner in urgent cases. Medical practitioners in the area refer their patients to ProActive knowing they will be scheduled quickly, rehabilitated effectively, and receive excellent customer service.
