Sanjay Agarwal is the Co-Founder at Proacure. Prior to this, they were the President at Supply Chain Solutions from January 2012 to December 2017. Sanjay has been a trusted advisor to C-suite on procurement technology, business processes, analytics and industry best practices. Sanjay has formulated Strategic Sourcing programs, P-card and T&E policy, organization design, supplier due diligence, reporting and metrics for Procurement organizations. Sanjay has helped clients identify Cost savings & Profitability improvement opportunities. Sanjay has also built scopes of work with clients to outline Spend Analytics, Sourcing & Bid Management, Tail Spend, Contract Lifecycle projects.

In addition, Sanjay has developed strategies for clients to optimize Vendor Spend in IT category including IT Infrastructure, Temp staffing, and Managed IT Services. Sanjay has also done Spend Analytics for Marketing categories and subcategories like market research, marketing agency, print, etc. Furthermore, they have sourced and negotiated categories like Facilities Management, HR Services, Benefits & Insurance, Payroll, Fleet, etc. Sanjay has also established Spend baseline in collaboration with clients to build Cost Savings strategy and operational improvements.

Some of their other notable achievements include collaborating with buyers to efficiently run sourcing and bid events including supplier discovery, reviewing Supplier contracts in coordination with legal teams and business stakeholders to minimize risk and analyzing alternate Supplier base in South East Asia to mitigate China Supply chain risk. Sanjay has also managed Single Source suppliers and applied negotiation levers for win-win contracts. Lastly, they have set up of Shared Services, Global Business Services

Sanjay Agarwal has a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, an MBA from Arizona State University, a MIPP from The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and a Master of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Sanjay also has a bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Public Administration from the Union Public Service Commission, Government of India.
