Svenja Siewert

Svenja Siewert is a Recruiting Specialist at proALPHA since February 2023, where responsibilities include active sourcing, creating job profiles, screening applications, conducting initial and interview discussions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Svenja also manages the career page, oversees onboarding and offboarding processes, engages in personnel marketing, and participates in employer branding projects and leadership workshops.
