Danielle O'Donnell

Danielle O'Donnell serves as the Human Resources Manager at ProAmpac since September 2022 and has concurrently held the position of Human Resources Officer at Nelipak Healthcare Packaging since March 2021. Prior experience includes working as a People Relations Associate at The Healthcare Management Trust - St Hugh's Hospital from December 2019 to March 2021, and as an HR Advisor at NEW ENGLAND SEAFOOD INTERNATIONAL LIMITED from September 2017 to December 2019, where key responsibilities included managing HR functions for 200 employees and facilitating onboarding training. Prior to this, Danielle was a Complimentary Workforce Project Coordinator at Smith & Nephew in 2017, focusing on managing temporary workers and conducting audits globally. Danielle holds an MSc in Human Resources Management and a BA in Business Management & Marketing, both from the University of Hull.
