Eric Daughtry

Eric Daughtry is a highly motivated and adaptable Operations Professional currently serving as Vice President of Operations at ProAmpac. With a background in flexible packaging manufacturing, they have gained extensive knowledge in film extrusion, flexographic printing, and other processes essential to the packaging industry. Previously, Eric held various roles, including VP of Operations and Site Leader at Trinity Packaging Corp, where they were instrumental in pioneering wide web UV flexography. Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration at Penn State University, Eric is driven by a passion for problem-solving and mentoring teams to achieve common goals.
