Kurt Grazier has extensive experience in sales management and leadership within the packaging industry. Kurt served as Sales Manager at Zeus Packaging Group from October 2000 to May 2015, overseeing an external sales team of nine field sales representatives and managing six internal sales staff across two regional distribution centers. From September 2019 to April 2024, Kurt held the position of Sales Director at Bpi Packaging Solutions and later at ProAmpac from September 2025 onward, with a brief tenure as Sales Director at Trioworld UK Ltd in April 2024. Prior to this, Kurt was the Commercial Director for Industrial Stretch at Berry Global, Inc. and RPC BPI Group, and also served as Sales Director for BPI Stretch Films. Education includes a BTEC National Diploma in Business Administration and Finance from Dudley College and a Certificate in Management Studies from the University of Worcester, alongside a comprehensive high school education.
