Melissa Gerdes has extensive experience in customer service, procurement, and business management. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist and Procurement Buyer at ProAmpac since September 2021, Melissa's previous roles include Business Relationship Manager at Four Corners Restoration, where responsibilities encompassed CRM system overhaul, marketing material creation, and enhancing social media presence.
