Michael McBride

Michael McBride is an accomplished production manager with extensive experience in various manufacturing environments, currently overseeing the Flexible Packaging department at ProAmpac since July 2022. McBride has a proven track record of managing teams and processes, demonstrated through roles at Irish Pressings, where ISO18001 implementation was achieved, and at Nippon Gases, previously under the Praxair umbrella, where oversight of production operations was executed post-merger. With a strong background in managing health and safety compliance, production planning, and staff leadership, McBride has also successfully driven efficiency improvements and process enhancements through the application of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies during a lengthy career that began at Rapid Action Packaging.
