Previously, Michael worked at Prysmian Group as a Human Resources Business Partner from January 2017 to April 2019, guiding HR for North American operations post-merger. Michael's earlier experience includes a 12-year tenure at The Home Depot, where roles ranged from District Human Resources Manager overseeing multiple stores to various positions in distribution and store management. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University and an Associate's degree from the University of Cincinnati.
