Phil Johnson

Phil Johnson has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Plant Manager at ProAmpac since April 2019. Prior to this role, Phil held various positions at International Paper from March 2005 to April 2019, including Site Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, Lab Manager, Quality Manager, Complex Superintendent, and Technical Service Representative. Phil began a career in the industry at Flint Ink as a Graphic Technician from January 2001 to March 2005. Academic qualifications include a Master’s of Science in Operations Management from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the New York Institute of Technology.
