Ryan Fischer

Ryan Fischer currently serves as Plant Manager and Director of Administration at ProAmpac, where responsibilities include leading teams in inside sales, quoting, engineering, prepress, technical support, and product development since December 2017. Prior experience includes roles at Polyfirst Packaging as Printing & Prepress Team Lead/Product Manager and at PF Flexibles as Project Manager, focusing on production efficiency and management of prepress departments. Additionally, Ryan has contributed as Poly Products Manager at Polyfirst Packaging and Graphics/Preproduction Coordinator at Fredman Bag Company, and co-founded Project Label, Inc. Ryan's career began at Wisconsin Film & Bag, where roles included Prepress Assistant and Slitter/Rewinder Operator. Educational background includes a degree from the Lubar College of Business and a high school diploma from Wauwatosa West High School.
