Ryan Koster

Ryan Koster is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Vice President of IT Infrastructure & Operations at ProAmpac since July 2017, previously holding the position of IT Director in the same division. Prior to ProAmpac, Ryan was the Director of IT at Empire Marketing Strategies from May 2014 to July 2017, where responsibilities included managing stakeholder relations, overseeing hardware and software implementation, and directing a team. Ryan began a career at Accenture as IT Infrastructure Manager from March 2011 to May 2014, managing a global team supporting over 2,300 servers. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Systems Engineer at Ampac Packaging from January 2004 to March 2011, focusing on advanced administration of Windows-based systems. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Wilmington University.
