Andy Webb has extensive experience in the flexible packaging industry, currently serving as Technical Manager at ProAmpac since October 2003, after previously holding the position of Production Shift Manager. Prior experience includes over 18 years at ULTIMATE PACKAGING LTD, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing the production of flexographic printing and lamination to serving as Senior Laminator and Production Shift Supervisor. Earlier in the career, Andy Webb worked as a Machine Operator at Lincoln and York Ltd, specializing in operating industrial coffee roasting machinery. Andy Webb has also pursued professional development in lamination techniques through Henkel since 2016.
