JC Blakely, CFM, began their professional career in 1983 and has held leading management roles in both startups and Fortune 500 companies. As the Director of Corporate Facilities at ProAssurance, they oversee the physical work environment, ensuring it aligns with business goals and attracts professional talent. JC has contributed to the International Facilities Management Association as a member and former President of the Nashville Chapter, which received the 2011 Chapter of the Year award. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and currently pursuing a Master's degree, JC has also been recognized for their innovative work in developing sustainable facilities.
