Joel Sprinkle

Joel Sprinkle is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Staff Accountant II at ProAssurance since May 2021, Joel supports both the Investments and payroll teams, focusing on reconciling GAAP and STAT balance sheets along with bank statements and cash accounts. Prior to this, Joel worked at Preferred Physicians Medical and held a Staff Accountant position at LSCV CPAs PC, where notable achievements included the preparation of over 150 1040 tax returns and monthly financial statements for multiple clients. Earlier experience includes a Tax Intern role at HSMC Orizon LLC, where Joel developed skills in tax preparation and client communication. Joel began the professional journey as a cashier at Chick-fil-A, demonstrating strong customer service and cash handling abilities. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Central Missouri and an Associate's degree from Metropolitan Community College-Longview.
