Sara Smith

Sara Smith, CPA has a solid work experience in the field of accounting. Sara currently works as a Senior Accountant- SEC Reporting at ProAssurance, starting in May 2023. Before that, they worked at KPMG, where they held the position of Senior Audit Associate from July 2022 to May 2023 and Audit Associate from October 2020 to July 2022. Prior to their employment at KPMG, Sara began their career as an Audit Intern at KPMG from January 2019 to March 2019.

Sara Smith, CPA, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Alabama, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Sara pursued further education and received a Masters of Accounting degree from The University of Alabama during the academic year 2019-2020. Sara Smith also holds the certification of Certified Public Accountant, which was obtained from the Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy in February 2022.
