Tim Sparks

Tim Sparks has several years of work experience in various roles and industries. Tim is the Owner and Chief Growth Officer at ProAutomated, which is the largest independent automation and controls on-site engineering provider in North America. In this role, they work with current and prospective customers in industries such as materials handling, data center, grocery fulfillment, electric vehicle, and advanced manufacturing. Prior to this, they served as Owner and COO of ProAutomated and also worked as a Technical Business Development professional.

Additionally, Tim has experience as the Principal of Reliable Laser Solutions LLC, where they provided startup and preventative maintenance field services for medical lasers and other medical devices. Tim also worked as Principal at Qualis NDT, focusing on non-destructive testing.

In their earlier career, Tim served as the Co-Founder of Marco Design and Development, LLC, and as the Vice President of Operations at Scott A Jones. Tim gained engineering experience through various internships at United Technologies.

Tim Sparks attended Purdue University from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering. Tim then pursued further education at the Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 2006 to 2008 and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Strategy and Entrepreneurship.
