Mark Andersen is a Lead Gameplay Engineer at ProbablyMonsters, currently leading a gameplay engineering team for an unannounced third-person action game. Previously, they served as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at 343 Industries, where they contributed to the development of Halo 4 and Halo 5: Guardians and architected a custom game editor. Mark has also held positions at Mojang Studios, where they led the editor team for Minecraft's cross-platform features, and at Respawn Entertainment. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Montana.
