Marcel Schep has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and in leadership roles within various organizations. From September 1993 to March 2019, Marcel operated as a self-employed entrepreneur in the middle and small enterprise sector, overseeing 50-60 employees. Currently, since September 2019, Marcel holds multiple positions at Probedrijven, including Secretary of the Supervisory Board, Head of Purchasing, and Project Leader for New Construction in Den Helder.
