Merida Steba

Merida Steba currently serves as an intervisiedocent for the opleiding verandermanagement bij de overheid at Sioo and as the voorzitter of the Raad van Toezicht at Museum Speelklok. Since January 2019, Merida has held positions as a member of the raad van toezicht (remuneratie commissie) at Probiblio and as a senior adviseur for verander- en interne communicatie at Waternet. Additionally, Merida has been involved with WomenMakeTheCity as a bestuurslid since June 2021. Prior experience includes senior communication advisory roles at VodafoneZiggo, Sociale Verzekeringsbank, Albert Heijn, and Nationale-Nederlanden, along with managerial positions at Randstad Nederland. Educational qualifications include a BBA in Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University and various governance and organizational change training programs.
